These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tenure website and your purchase of Tenure products. Tenure is operated by Quantum MS LLC ("Tenure," "we," "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Tenure products.

2. Product use and safety Tenure products are cosmetic products for external use on the scalp only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Before first use, apply a small amount of serum to a patch of skin and wait 24 hours to check for sensitivity. Follow all directions included with your kit.

For the needle infuser, please follow these rules:

  • Clean the infuser before and after every use as directed.

  • Never share your infuser with anyone else.

  • Do not use it on broken, irritated, sunburned, infected or inflamed skin, or over active breakouts, moles or open wounds.

  • Stop using any Tenure product and consult a physician if you experience irritation beyond mild, temporary redness.

Talk to your physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take blood thinners, have a bleeding or clotting disorder, diabetes, a history of keloid scarring, a scalp condition such as psoriasis or eczema, or are under medical care for any condition. Keep all products out of reach of children and away from the eyes.

Tenure does not provide medical advice. Nothing on our website or from our support team replaces advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Orders, pricing and payment All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed with a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you are charged, we will refund you in full.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through our checkout at waykind.shop by a third-party payment processor. Charges appear on your card statement as WAYKIND.

4. Shipping, refunds and our guarantee Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, cancellations and our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

5. Payment disputes If you have any problem with an order or a charge, please contact us first at +1 (701) 829-6167 or support@tenurehair.com. Most issues are resolved within 2 business days. If a dispute is filed with your bank, we may share order, delivery and support records with your bank to respond to it.

6. Intellectual property All content on this website, including the Tenure name, logo, product designs, text, images and graphics, belongs to Quantum MS LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

7. Reviews and content you submit When you submit a review, photo or other content to us for publication, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and share it in connection with Tenure. Photos you send only as evidence for a refund request will never be published without your separate written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum MS LLC and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum MS LLC from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or your violation of these terms.

11. Tenure Member Program By placing an order for Tenure products, you are automatically enrolled in the Tenure Member Program. This program locks in your discounted rate and ensures uninterrupted supply through a recurring store credit membership.

  • Billing and Store Credit: Depending on the package selected at checkout, you will be billed a fixed recurring membership fee every 28 days. For multi-bottle orders (e.g., the 2-bottle or 3-bottle packages), these 28-day payments accrue in your account as Tenure store credit.

  • Fulfillment: Once your accrued store credit matches the cost of your selected refill tier (e.g., every 56 days for a 2-bottle supply, or every 84 days for a 3-bottle supply), your store credit is automatically redeemed and your physical refill is shipped. For 1-bottle orders, you are billed and shipped one bottle every 28 days.

  • Cancellation: You maintain full control over your membership. You may cancel immediately after your initial purchase or at any time by calling our support team at +1 (701) 829-6167 or emailing support@tenurehair.com. If you choose to cancel your membership prior to the scheduled fulfillment of your next physical shipment, any unredeemed store credit accrued from your 28-day billing cycles will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.
